Quarter-Finals field set on eve of Draw, Final Four host reveal

MIES (Switzerland) - The eight Basketball Champions League Quarter-Finalists were confirmed on Wednesday night, upon the conclusion of the Round of 16 phase and ahead of a big dual event scheduled for Thursday.

The Draw for the Quarter-Finals and the Final Four will be part of a ceremony during which the host city of the 2024 Final Four will also be unveiled.

The group winners of the Round of 16 are, in alphabetical order,  Lenovo Tenerife (ESP), Telekom Baskets Bonn (GER), UCAM Murcia (ESP) and Unicaja (ESP).

The teams that finished second in their respective Round of 16 groups are, in alphabetical order, MHP RIESEN Ludwigsburg (GER), Peristeri bwin (GRE), Promitheas Patras (GRE) and Tofas Bursa (TUR).



The four group winners will be seeded in the draw for the Quarter-Finals, having earned homecourt advantage in their respective best-of-three series.

The ceremony that will include the Draw and the Final Four host city announcement will take place at the Patrick Baumann House of Basketball, at 19:00 CET on Thursday, March 21 and will be streamed live on the official Basketball Champions League YouTube channel.


Clubs that were in the same Round of 16 group cannot be drawn against each other in the Quarter-Finals.

Game 1 of the Quarter-Finals will be played on either April 2 or April 3, depending on the series, and the seeded teams will play at home the first game, as well as the third game, if needed.

Game 2 in each Quarter-Final series will take place on either April 9 or April 10, while any series that is tied after the first two games and needs to go to Game 3 will conclude on either April 16 or April 17.

The detailed Quarter-Finals game schedule will be finalized on Friday.

The teams that emerge victorious from each of the four Quarter-Finals ties will qualify for the Final Four.
