BCL Fantasy tips: Randolph won't have another 0-for-12 game

MIES (Switzerland) - The official BCL Fantasy game is in full swing. In order to get the best possible score and win rewards in your league(s), it actually makes sense to find players who struggled earlier this season.

Take for example the potential MVP of the season, Levi Randolph. Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem are set to face Peristeri bwin this week, having barely escaped Greece with a win back in January, in an awful game which saw Randolph finish with a single point in the boxscore.

Jerusalem's leader could not buy a bucket, shooting 0-of-12 from the field and finishing with an efficiency rating of 1 in that game, the worst performance of his illustrious BCL career. As only the third player in BCL history with 1,000+ points, as the career leader in 20-point games, rest assured another 0-of-12 night is not happening.

Randolph bounced back with exactly 20 points per game in the next three BCL bouts. With 20 points against Lenovo Tenerife last week, he separated himself from the rest at the top of the all-time rankings in 20-point games, that being his 18th.

Since Jerusalem lost to Tenerife last week, and have not lost two straight BCL games in over two years, and since Randolph struggled so much against Peristeri the first time they met, this feels like a game where both Randolph and his teammates will be highly motivated to deliver a message.

And part of that message could be you, stealing the show if you have Randolph on your Fantasy team.

It's not just Randolph who's due for a big game. Cholet Basket's one-two punch TJ Campbell and Neal Sako combined for just 6 points the first time they met SIG Strasbourg this season.

Knowing SIG are vulnerable at 0-4 and they allowed 90+ points in three of their last four games, Campbell and Sako could both be putting up numbers against the fellow French side this week.

The defending champs Telekom Baskets Bonn are also up against a French team on Gameday 5, playing host to JDA Bourgogne Dijon. It's a perfect stage for Glynn Watson to get his bounce-back game.

The first time they faced each other, Watson was held to 6 points on 2-of-10 shooting, giving him efficiency rating of 4. When you know he's capable of getting to 20+ in both points and efficiency, this is the week you want to have him on your Fantasy team.

Previous matchups matter in the BCL. The Fantasy tips are here to help you scout thoroughly through them, getting you a step closer to those big rewards in BCL Fantasy.
