Game 2: JDA Bourgogne Dijon (1-0) v SIG Strasbourg (1-0) - Group I

Where: Dijon, France

When: 20:00 CET

  • This will be the first game between two teams from France in the BCL, with Strasbourg (100) and Dijon (64) having featured in 49 percent of the BCL games played by French teams in the league (164/338); Dijon have won their last two games in the league but haven't won more since October – November 2020 when they won four in a row.
  • David Holston has scored a total of 757 points and needs two more to overtake Miro Bilan (758) for third place on the all-time scoring list; Holston has dished out 10+ assists in each of his last four games, but no player has ever done it in more consecutive league games.
  • Strasbourg have won just one of their last five away games in the BCL after winning six of their previous seven on the road; they are yet to score 80+ points in a game away from home this season.
  • Strasbourg have had 10 games with overtime in the BCL, at least four more than any other team in the competition, and they have won each of the most recent seven of those games; Strasbourg have lost four of their last five away games in the BCL after winning six of the previous seven.
