MIES (Switzerland) - The Basketball Champions League Season 11, powered by Ameresco SUNEL continued with eight games on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday gives us time to reflect on the best individual performances.

The third Team of the Week saw players from Windrose Giants Antwerp, Galatasaray MCT Technic, Falco-Vulcano Szombathely, FC Porto and Asisa Joventut make the cut.

The Belgian champions have started their campaign with six wins in six games in all competitions, winning the BNXT Supercup, leading the BNXT League at 3-0, and topping the Group C standings in the BCL at 2-0.

One of the biggest reasons for such a run is Enoch Cheeks. The 25-year-old guard had 17 points, 13 rebounds and an efficiency rating of 20, as Antwerp handed AEK BC their largest home defeat ever in the BCL, 103-76.

Galatasaray MCT Technic picked up their first BCL win of the season, taking down SIG Strasbourg 83-77 in a game which saw their newcomer shine.

KJ Simpson Jr came off the bench, delivered 17 points in a hurry, with 8 rebounds, 3 assists and an efficiency rating of 22 also to his name.

While Simpson is a newcomer, Zoltan Perl is a legend of this competition, setting a pair of records this week, with the most 20+ point games in BCL history and the most consecutive games with 10+ points scored.

Perl had 23 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and an efficiency rating of 26, helping Falco-Vulcano Szombathely to an 85-72 win over Salon Vilpas in the battle of the Hungarian and Finnish champs.

FC Porto registered their first win in BCL, taking down Bnei Penlink Herzliya 86-74 on the road in Bulgaria, leading for 34 minutes in that one.

James Woodard is their most experienced player, and he is having himself a fine start to the season, finishing this game with 17 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and an efficiency rating of 22.

Finally, the middle belongs to Emir Sulejmanovic. Asisa Joventut's summer addition to the frontcourt needed no time settling in, as he is statistically their best player after two gamedays.

Sulejmanovic had 17 points with 6 rebounds, 2 steals and a block, all done in just 21 minutes of work as Joventut defeated Telekom Baskets Bonn 76-74.

Vote for the Player of the Week here, the winner will be announced on Basketball Champions League social media profiles on Friday.
