    Preview

Week 4 of the 2024-25 BCL Regular Season tips off on Tuesday. Here are 24 things you need to know before watching the games.

MIES (Switzerland) - Time flies so it's already time for Regular Season Week 4 and Tuesday's five-game slate, to be followed by three games on Wednesday.

Here's a closer look at some facts and figures for each of Tuesday's games:

MANISA BASKET vs. PERISTERI DOMINO’S (Group H, 18:00 CET)

Manisa will need Martynas Echodas to continue providing scoring after the departure of Saben Lee
    • Manisa Basket have become the first team in BCL history to score 100 or more points in each of their first two games in the competition. If they score 100+ also on Tuesday they will tie Cluj Napoca as the only teams in BCL history to have scored 100+ points in three consecutive games, (the Romanian team achieved that in November-December 2021).

    • Peristeri Domino’s have lost their last four games in the BCL (including the tail end of last season) which is their longest losing slide in the competition. The Greek side have lost seven of their last nine road games in the BCL Regular Season phase, conceding 80 or more points in six of the most recent seven.

    • Manisa Basket are leading the BCL in free-throw shooting percentage so far this season, shooting 87.7 percent from the foul line, and also in made free-throws, with 28.5 per game.

    • Manisa's Martynas Echodas has scored more than 10 points in each of his last six games in the BCL and, if he repeats the feat on Tuesday, he will tie his longest run in the BCL, when he scored more than 10 points in each of his first seven games of the 2020-21 BCL season (as a Rytas Vilnius player).

    • Justin Patton became on Gameday 2 the fourth Peristeri player to have a BCL game of more than 15 points and 10 rebounds (18 points, 11 rebounds against UCAM Murcia). No Peristeri player has ever posted that statline in multiple BCL games.

KING SZCZECIN vs. FILOU OOSTENDE (Group B, 18:30 CET)

Dario Gjergja is set to coach on Tuesday his 100th BCL game, all at the helm of Filou Oostende
    • King Szczecin have won two of their eight BCL games so far, but both those wins were at home. Each of their last five BCL games was decided by a margin of 15 or more points.

    • Filou Oostende have lost their last seven BCL games away from home, their longest losing run on the road. However, the Belgian champions won both of their last two games in Poland (75-70 at Torun in February 2020 and 68-59 at Legia Warszawa in October 2022).

    • Filou Oostende are leading the BCL so far this season in bench scoring, as their second unit is scoring 46 points per game on average. Oostende scored more than 45 points off the bench in each of their two first games this season, as many games as across their previous 36 fixtures in the BCL.

    • Tony Meier had 15 points and led King Szczecin in scoring in their most recent BCL game, the Gameday 2 loss at Unicaja. Meier will face Filou Oostende for the third time in the BCL. His 33 points against the Belgians in December 2018 remains his BCL career-high after 38 appearances in the competition.

    • Dario Gjergja will coach his 100th game in the BCL, all with Filou Oostende, becoming only the second coach to reach that milestone in the competition after Txus Vidorreta, who has 126 games so far. Gjergja has won 44 games in the BCL, the third-most in league history.

ERA NYMBURK vs. RASTA VECHTA (Group D, 18:30 CET)

Tyger Campbell will join a select BCL club if he posts another double-double on Tuesday
    • ERA Nymburk are 2-0 in the BCL so far this season and if they win on Tuesday they will tie their best start to a BCL campaign, in 2019-20, when they won the first three. The Czech champions however are 1-4 in their last five home games in the BCL, after winning 11 of the previous 12.

    • RASTA Vechta have lost their last five games in the BCL, as many defeats as in their first 11 games. The German side have lost their last four road games in the competition, all by margins greater than 10 points.

    • ERA Nymburk are leading the BCL so far this season in offensive rebounds, with 17.5 per game. Consequently, they also lead the league in second-chance points, with 23 per game.

    • Christian Bishop was ERA Nymburk’s top scorer on Gameday 2 against Galatasaray, with 15 points. Bishop has posted at least 10 points and 5 rebounds in each of his two BCL appearances.

    • Tyger Campbell had a double-double of 13 points and 12 assists in RASTA Vechta's most recent BCL game (the 88-86 loss to Promitheas) and if he repeats the feat on Tuesday he will become only the third player in BCL history with consecutive games of double-doubles in points and assists after Brandon Brown (twice in 2019-20 ) and Joe Ragland, who had three consecutive games in 2022-23.

HAPOEL NETANEL HOLON vs. IGOKEA M:TEL (Group A, 18:35 CET)

Marcus Bingham Jr's scoring has been remarkably consistent over the first games
    • Hapoel Netanel Holon and Igoeka m:tel have already met in the BCL, in the Play-Ins stage in 2022-23, with the Israeli side winning both games by margins of more than 10 points.

    • Hapoel Netanel Holon, who have lost their last four games in the BCL Regular Season (this also takes into account the 2023-24 Regular Season) have lost more such games in a row only once before, when they had five straight defeats in January-October 2019. Only four of Holon's last 18 games in the BCL Regular Season were decided by a double-digit margin.

    • Igokea m:tel have lost 10 of their last 11 games in the BCL, and were either trailing or tied at half-time in each of the most recent eight. They lost their last five road games in the BCL, by an average margin of 21.6 points, and gave up more than 90 points in four of those games.

    • Marcus Bingham Jr. of Holon has scored 14 or more points in each of his two BCL appearances, making exactly 2 three-pointers in each. Bingham Jr. had 1 steal and multiple blocks in each of his first two games.

    • Terrell Carter scored 12 or more points in each of his two BCL games with Igokea m:tel and if he repeats that feat on Tuesday, it will be his first such three-game run of his BCL career. Carter has fouled out five times in the BCL, including the most recent game, more times than any other player in the competition since the start of the 2022-23 season.

UCAM MURCIA vs. FMP SOCCERBET (Group H, 20:30 CET)

Howard Sant-Roos is four steals away from making BCL history
    • UCAM Murcia, who lost their first home game this BCL season (103-97 to Manisa in overtime), have lost consecutive home games in the BCL Regular Season only once before, when they lost three in a row in October-November 2017. Murcia scored 90 or more points in each of their last four home games in the competition.

    • FMP have won one and lost one of their first two games in the BCL but they will play their first game away from home. The first road games of the previous two Serbian teams to compete in the BCL (Partizan and Mega) were both decided by the slimmest margins, 1 and 2 points respectively.

    • UCAM Murcia’s Howard Sant-Roos has reached 114 steals in the BCL, the second most of any player in league history (David Holston is still the all-time leader, with 118). Sant-Roos came up with at least 1 steal in 17 of his 18 last games in the competition.

    • Matic Rebec scored 13 or more points in each of his two BCL games for FMP, after never scoring that many points in any of his first nine BCL games, for Enisey Krasnoyarsk. His last road game in the BCL dates back to December 2017, and it was at UCAM Murcia - he had 9 points in 13 minutes of play.
