Rytas Vilnius vs. Galatasaray MCT Technic - Group I, 18:30 CET
Rytas Vilnius and Galatasaray MCT Technic will face each other in the Round of 16 of the BCL for the second season in a row, each team winning its home game at this stage last season.
Rytas have won 17 of their last 20 home games in the BCL, and their last three home wins in the Round of 16 ended with a margin of 20+ points; Galatasaray have won their last four road games in the BCL, their best such run in the competition, but they have lost 11 of their 12 road games in the Round of 16.
Rytas have averaged 27.0 points in the first quarter of their games in the BCL this season, the joint-best average for a team in any quarter (ALBA, 27.0ppg in the 4th quarter); however, Galatasaray are one of the five teams to have allowed the fewest points in the first 10 minutes (18.0).
Jordan Walker (Rytas) has averaged 25.5 points in four appearances in the Round of 16 in the BCL, making 30 of his 31 free throws at that stage, including the last 25 in a row.
Fabian White Jr (Galatasaray) has scored 20+ points in five of his seven games in the Round of 16 of the BCL, including in each of his most recent four games at that stage; he averaged 20.0 points and 5.5 rebounds in two games against Rytas in the Round of 16, with Manisa last season.
Different results for the two teams from the weekend: Rytas lost 96-99 at home to Juventus in Lithuania, while Galatasaray enjoyed the 91-78 road victory against Tofas Bursa in the matchup between BCL participants from Türkiye.
Karditsa Iaponiki vs. Tofas Bursa - Group J, 18:30 CET
Karditsa Iaponiki won their last home game in the BCL (84-75 vs. KK Spartak Office Shoes) but are yet to win consecutive home games in the BCL; they lost the only previous time they hosted a team from Türkiye (72-80 vs. Mersin Sport Club).
Tofas have won only one of their last nine road games in the BCL, and they have allowed 80+ points in each of their four this season (W1 L3); they have lost their last five road games in the Round of 16, failing to reach 75 points in those games.
Tofas have made at least 10 three-pointers in two of their last three BCL games after reaching that total in only one of their previous 13 games; however, they have also conceded more than 10 three-pointers in each of their last five games.
Damien Jefferson (Karditsa) has scored 10+ points in each of his last seven games in the BCL, his best such run in the competition. He has averaged 16.5 points and 6.3 rebounds in four games against Turkish sides in the competition.
Alex Perez (Tofas) has scored 20+ points in two of his last five games, including 23 last week against ALBA Berlin, after reaching that mark in only one of his first 21 games; he has averaged 7.5 assists in his last six appearances.
Both teams lost in their respective national league: Karditsa suffered an 82-69 road defeat to Peristeri despite Damien Jefferson's 24 points, and Tofas lost 78-91 at home to Galatasaray, as mentioned previously.
ERA Nymburk vs. Dreamland Gran Canaria - Group L, 18:30 CET
ERA Nymburk have won six of their last seven home games in the Round of 16 of the BCL, including the two times they faced a Spanish team, and they have scored 85+ points in each of those seven games.
Dreamland Gran Canaria have won all three road games in the BCL, scoring 90+ points on each occasion. They have reached 20 points in 10 of the 12 quarters in those three road games.
Gran Canaria are allowing only 71.7 points per game in the BCL this season, fewer than any other team, while only Rytas (87.9) have conceded more points than Nymburk (87.1) among the 16 teams still in competition.
Vojtech Hruban (Nymburk) could face his 45th different team in the BCL. Only Tim Abromaitis (52 before this round) has faced more different teams in the competition. He scored 16 points last week against Tenerife but has not scored 15+ points in consecutive BCL games since November-December 2020.

Nymburk had a fantastic 119-75 win over Basket Brno in the Czech Cup, as Sir' Jabari Rice dropped 32 points; Isaiah Wong put up 23 points, but it wasn't enough to avoid Gran Canaria's 80-90 home loss to Valencia.
Hapoel Netanel Holon vs. Le Mans Sarthe Basket - Group I, 19:30 CET
Hapoel Netanel Holon have lost six of their last eight games against French teams in the BCL and four of their six games against such opposition in the Round of 16. They have already faced a French team this season, with both teams scoring more than 90 points in each of those games.
Le Mans Sarthe Basket have won their last four BCL games and will attempt to win five in a row for the first time; they have been victorious in their last two road games after losing the previous five, but are yet to win three consecutive games away from home.
Holon have made 43.4 percent of their three-pointers in the BCL this season, the best accuracy from behind the arc among all teams, but Le Mans are one of the other three teams with an accuracy of at least 40 percent (40.7%).

Elan Chalon vs. Fitness First Wurzburg Baskets - Group K, 20:00 CET
Elan Chalon have won four of their last five home games in the BCL, including the most recent two, but are yet to win three in a row in the competition; they have scored 90+ points in each of their last three home games after never reaching that mark in their first eight at home previously.
Fitness First Wurzburg Baskets have lost their last five games in the BCL Round of 16, including their last three games away from home in this round. Each of their seven games in the Round of 16 ended with margins of seven points or fewer.
Chalon are allowing 16.6 points per game off second-chance situations in the BCL this season, more than any other team, while Wurzburg are one of the six teams allowing fewer than 10 such points per game (9.8).
Nate Darling (Chalon) has scored 12+ points in each of his five BCL games, all coming from the bench; only one of his five games was played at home, and it’s the only time he managed to score 20+ points (23pts vs. Promitheas).
