Group E participants MHP RIESEN Ludwigsburg have secured the services of defensive power Clifford Hammonds until the end of the current season, the German club announced on Tuesday night.

Hammonds, 30, is well known in Germany from his time at Alba Berlin, having played for them from 2013 to 2015. The 1.91m guard was particularly regarded for his good defensive work and was twice voted the best defensive player in the easyCredit BBL (2014, 2015).

"I've been following Cliff's career at Clemson University since his days. I am glad that he is now with us in Ludwigsburg.
