    Draw completed: Hosts taking on the defending champs

    The stage is set for the third edition of the Youth Basketball Champions League following the draw on Friday.

    MANISA (Türkiye) - The draw for the third edition of the Youth Basketball Champions League was completed on Friday morning, placing the 12 teams across four groups.

    The defending champions Rytas Vilnius will face the hosts Manisa BBSK in one of the groups, setting up a big game, as only the group winners will advance to the Semi-Finals.

    In Group A, 2023 winners Igokea m:tel are placed next to Porsche BBA Ludwigsburg from Germany, and Aliaga Petkimspor from Türkiye.

    In Group B, last season's finalists Galatasaray from Türkiye are up against Telekom Baskets Bonn from Germany and Filou Oostende from Belgium.

    In Group C, along with the aforementioned Rytas Vilnius and Manisa BBSK, Pallacanestro Reggiana from Italy will also compete for the top spot and international glory.

    In Group D, Tofas Bursa from Türkiye are facing ERA Nymburk from Czechia and Spartak Office Shoes from Serbia. Tofas reached the Final in 2023 and finished third in 2024.

    While the group winners face off in the Semi-Finals, the second-placed teams from each group will play the Classification Games 5-8, while the third-placed teams battle for spots from 9th to 12th.

    The Youth BCL tournament in Manisa, Türkiye tips off on April 22 and finishes five days later with the Final and the Third-Place Game.
