Four (4) clubs have qualified for the next phase of the competition, with three (3) countries and leagues represented.

Those teams are (alphabetically): AEK BC (Greece), La Laguna Tenerife (Spain), Rytas Vilnius (Lithuania) and Unicaja (Spain).

AEK, Tenerife and the defending champions Unicaja have all made it back from last season's Final Four, whilst Rytas Vilnius became the first Lithuanian team to make the Final Four in a decade of BCL action.

The top eight teams from the Round of 16 played the best-of-three series in the Quarter-Finals, with two matchups finishing 2-0, and two going to Game 3:

Unicaja are the defending champions, and this will be their fourth BCL Final Four in a row. With a potential to win the trophy again, Unicaja could become the first team to go for three straight titles.

La Laguna Tenerife extended their record to seven Basketball Champions League Semi-Finals, and they could also potentially become the first team to win the BCL three times, after reaching the throne in 2017 and 2022.

AEK BC will be back in the Semi-Finals for the fourth time, having won the BCL in 2018, finishing runner-up in 2020, and third in 2025. This will be their first BCL Final Four out of Athens.

Rytas Vilnius will become the 23rd different team in the Semi-Finals, while making Lithuania the ninth different country to be represented in a BCL Final Four.
