About the Event
The next edition of the FIBA U17 Women's Basketball World Cup will take place from July 13 to 21, 2024, in Mexico. As event hosts, Mexico gained automatic entry. The remaining 15 teams qualified through regional U16 championships with 2 from Africa, 5 from Europe, 4 from the Americas, and 4 from Asia. The draw will take place on the 11th of April.
