MIES (Basketball Champions League) - Teams are enjoying some well deserved time off, but we are not. Counting down the Power Rankings, teams ranked from 10 to 1!

Five and counting! SIG Strasbourg had a slower start to their season, but have won five straight in November, taking down AS Monaco and ASVEL in LNB Pro A in process. Vincent Collet struck gold by pairing up Louis Labeyrie and Miro Bilan in the frontcourt, those two just need a cool nickname and we're done. No, please not "the Twin Towers…"

A Change Is Gonna Come, Sam Cooke sang. I guess he never heard of Rickey Paulding and EWE Baskets Oldenburg… At 35, Paulding is looking more impressive than ever, playing his 11th season with the club, and together with Bryon Allen, he's formed one of the most impressive one-two punches someone can throw at you. Change Isn't Gonna Come anytime soon in Lower Saxony.

Can we just fast forward to December 6? Pinar Karsiyaka will travel to Monaco, taking on their biggest challenge of the season! They've already twice away from home, which is a huge step forward compared to last season. Love seeing the Turkish youngsters getting minutes and making most of it: Ugurlu is 21, Turen 23, Guven 21, Karahan just 19…

The best green-and-white team of the Basketball Champions League! And I'll have you know that Nanterre means "success" in French…okay, it doesn't. But it should – they've won seven major trophies since 2012. And the way they've started their Group D campaign suggests they want to add even more silverware to their offices…

The Triple-Double Team! Arnas Butkevicius has nothing short of amazing, and Neptunas Klaipeda are 3rd in PPG, 2nd in RPG, 1st in APG and 2nd in SPG in Basketball Champions League. They have enjoyed their home crowd – so have we – but will be tested over the next three Gamedays: at Tenerife, at Chalon, at Ventspils. Survive that and you'll have a very merry Christmas.

Defending champs are another 5-1 team in Basketball Champions League, thanks to Nico Richotti and Tim Abromaitis hitting 28-of-49 from beyond the arc. If you want to see the ball moved around, tune in – Iberostar Tenerife are dishing more than 20 assists per game, on 28 makes per game. Creating for others, not just for yourself, that's how you win championships!

Ragazzi have been on fire! Standing tall at 7-1 in Serie A and at 5-1 in Basketball Champions League, with their only defeat coming on a last second dunk by AEK's Delroy James – Umana Reyer Venezia are the team to watch. Gediminas Orelik has been a huge addition, possibly the best transfer among Basketball Champions League clubs, and he could take Italian champs to new heights this season.

Last season, you knew what you were getting from Besiktas Sompo Japan – a lot of grit-and-grind kind of basketball, with just 22 three-pointers taken per game and 28 percent of them going down. But now they are shooting 40 percent on five more attempts per game, giving them a whole new dimension. Speaking of new dimensions, it sure does help when you have Ryan Clutch Boatright…

MHP is a global consultancy, specializing in IT and process consulting in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. But with the way their basketball team is playing this season, the consultancy could soon be known as "Something to do with best German club…" MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg have won 18 of their 20 official games this season. Unreal!

The only undefeated team of the Basketball Champions League! There have been a lot of changes over the summer at AS Monaco, but coach Zvezdan Mitrovic has once again proved he knows what he is doing. They have been a step ahead of their opponents since day one, hard to see them missing out on second straight Final Four appearance…
