The draw ceremony for the FIBA U16 Women's Americas Championship 2023 took place at the FIBA Regional Office, in the city of Miami, Florida on April 27, 2023. Here are the draw results:
The tournament will be played at the Poliforum Zamná in Mérida, Yucatán, México. In the Group Phase, each team will play one match against each opponent to define the order for the Quarter-Finals. They will meet in this order: 1A vs. 4B; 2B vs. 3A; 1B vs. 4A; 2A vs. 3B.
The four (4) winners will advance to the Semi-Finals and the rest will play for positions 5-8. The Semi-Finals winners will play for the gold medal and the losers for the bronze.
