VENICE (Basketball Champions League) - Umana Reyer Venezia led for virtually the entire game against Strasbourg and claimed a 78-67 victory on Wednesday night.

Winning for the third time in four Basketball Champions League games, Venezia were led Hrvoje Peric, who repeatedly hurt Strasbourg with his ability to drive to the basket and also post up.

Point guard MarQuez Haynes was solid once again, pouring in 16 points for the winners while Dominique Johnson hit a couple of late 3-pointers to put the result beyond doubt.

Venezia were 20 of 27 at the free-throw line in the win.
