MIES, Switzerland (Basketball Champions League) - The Basketball Champions League Play-Offs have started. Let's have a look a some key facts after the first leg games of the Round of 16!
- Only three teams have won at home, and all those wins were by 6 points or less. Last year, no team lost at home in the first leg of the Round of 16.
- MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg beat EWE Baskets Oldenburg (88-63), the largest win (25 points) for a team away from home in a BCL Play-Offs game.
- CEZ Nymburk scored 98 points against AEK, the most for a team away from home in a BCL Play-Offs game.
- CEZ Nymburk’s bench players scored 56 points against AEK, the most any bench unit have scored in BCL Play-Offs history.
- Pinar Karsiyaka attempted only 11 3-pointer in the first leg against PAOK, fewer than any other team in a BCL game this season.
- Kendrick Ray scored 30 points against AEK, the most among all players in the Round of 16.
