Week 6 Wednesday Round of 16 games preview

MIES (Switzerland) - The final slate of four games for the Round of 16 in Season Six of the Basketball Champions League is set for Wednesday March 23, as spots in the Quarter-Finals are up for grabs in Group I.

Here's a look at the four games scheduled for Wednesday:

Game 1: Galatasaray Nef (1-4) vs. MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg (3-2) - Group I

  • Among the teams that progress further than the regular season in the BCL this season, only Galatasaray have scored more points from their three-pointers (369) than their two-pointers (362) this season.

  • Jordan Howard will play his first road game with Strasbourg in the BCL; he has scored an average of 17 points per game in his two previous appearances while making 3+ shots from behind the arc in each of those games.
