Can Neptunas break Bologna's perfect record? Key facts to know ahead of Wednesday's games


MIES (Switzerland) - The third Basketball Champions League season is on! Let's have a look at some key facts before Wednesday's games.

Anwil (POL) v Ventspils (LAT)

  • Anwil have only won three of their first seven BCL games but one of these wins came against Ventspils, during Gameday 1 (99-78).
  • Ventspils have won three of their last five games in BCL. They have won their last game in the competition but have not won two in a row since January 2017 (4 in a row).
  • Anwil have scored 50% of their FGs attempted in BCL this season, only team to have scored half or more or their attempts.
  • Anwil's Kamil Laczynski (9.3) and Ventspils' Aaron Johnson (7.3) have made more assists per game than any other player this season. They both reached double-digit in assists in their first encounter on Gameday 1 this season.
  • Anwil's Chase Simon (54.2%) and Ventspils' Rihards Lomazs (54.1%) are two of the three guards to have scored more than 54% of their FGs attempted this season.



MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg (GER) v Banvit (TUR)
