Take a look behind the scenes of Banvit and the Banvit Basketball Academy, which has been producing a number of players for their Senior team.

The success of the youth project sees 7 of their 14-man roster being under 22 years or age and all of them have come through their junior teams. 

Banvit currently has 100 youth players in their youth teams, and upon joining the academy, live, sleep, eat and get educated through the program, which focuses not only on the physical and fundamental skills, but mental skills, to be a professional player.

The academy is now being expanded to other cities in Turkey.
